Terms & Conditions • Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of participation without charges (€ 20 handling fee) is possible only until 3rd August 2019.
  • Fees for field trips will not be reimbursed (unless the field trip is cancelled).
  • Conference fees must be paid without charges for the organizers in EURO.

(*Only DMG or DGGV member or participants who will become a member now. You will find more information about membership of the societies on their webpages: DGGV and DMG.)

Field Trips

There are still a few places available for the excursions. If you are already registered and want to add an excursion to your booking, please contact us via geomuenster2019(at)fu-confirm.de. We will be happy to book the excursion for you.

Furthermore, at events organised by us photos might be taken or films shot, members of the press might attend, lectures might be transferred via Skype, there might also be video conferences or live streamings with or without recording.
